There’s no denying the power of bodywork. Regardless of the adjectives we assign to it (pampering, rejuvenating, therapeutic) or the reasons we seek it out (a luxurious treat, stress relief, pain management), massage therapy can be a powerful ally in your healthcare
An increasing number of research studies show massage reduces heart rate, lowers blood pressure, increases blood circulation and lymph flow, relaxes muscles, improves range of motion, and increases endorphins (enhancing medical treatment). Although therapeutic massage does not increase muscle strength, it can stimulate weak, inactive muscles and, thus, partially compensate for the lack of exercise and inactivity resulting from illness or injury. It also can hasten and lead to a more complete recovery from exercise or injury.
Massage is for everyone! Young and Old, Men and Women, Healthy and Weak.
Manual therapy techniques inside the mouth are extremely valuable when working with clients with temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, headaches and many other pertaining issues. Washington State authorizes Licensed Massage Practitioners to use Intraloral Massage Techniques, provided they are licensed by the Washington Department of Health and Massage Board.

I understands that getting your initial massage can be stressful and I will go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I have a warm personal approach and caring nature that will make you feel completely at ease.
I will lead you through the process so you know exactly what to expect. Each session starts off with a short consultation so you can tell me exactly what you need and want. If you're uncomfortable with any aspect of the treatment, simply let me know.
If you're worried about having to get undressed I will put your mind at ease. You are always securely covered throughout your massage treatment. Take off only as much clothing as you feel comfortable removing. I will make sure you're comfortable, so you can fully relax.
